Position Summary:
Whole Wellness Homecare LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality in-home care for elderly and disabled clients. CNAs will assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), maintain a safe environment, and support overall health and wellness under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, weight)
- Observe and report changes in the client’s condition to nursing staff promptly
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with medication reminders (no administration unless delegated by RN per NC law)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Comply with client care plans, agency policies, and state regulations
- Practice infection control and safety precautions
Qualifications:
- Current and valid North Carolina CNA certification (listed on the NC Nurse Aide Registry)
- Current CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
At least 6 months of experience in home care or long-term care preferred Ability to pass a criminal background check, and TB test
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Ability to work independently in clients' homes
- Dependability and strong attention to detail
Working Conditions:
- Work performed in private client residences
May involve travel between client homes within Greenville and surrounding areas Flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays as needed
