Job Overview


The Regional Manager assumes full responsibility for their market’s ability to operate profitably while maintaining the preservation of 7 Brew’s culture, mission statement, and values. The Regional Manager also maintains connections with all team members across their Illinois locations and fosters an environment for development and growth.


This role spends the majority of time at the stand level, ensuring locations are meeting expectations and goals. The position reports directly to the Director of Operations.


Duties

  • Proficiency in all Brewista, Shift Lead, and Manager duties and skill sets.
  • Educate and empower managers to identify areas of growth in operations and realize consistent improvement over time.
  • Provide regular and balanced feedback and support to all Team Members and Managers.
  • Empower and assist managers in maintaining low labor costs without sacrificing the guest or Team Member experience.
  • Empower and assist with accurate inventory management, inclusive of small wares.
  • Empower and assist with basic upkeep of all equipment, assets, buildings, and property as a whole.
  • Ensure adherence to all processes, procedures, and government regulations with proper delegation, follow-up, and accountability.
  • Continuously develop all levels of management.
  • Implement and communicate all initiatives and expectations from Who Brew Leadership and 7 Brew Corporate.


Experience

  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a multi-site environment.
  • Strong background in business development, strategic planning, and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while promoting collaboration and teamwork.
  • Experience in project management with a focus on delivering results within set timelines.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others toward achieving common goals.
  • Assist in New Stand Openings in the Chicagoland/Illinois Market and beyond as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Work Schedule Requirements

  • Flexible schedule to support all days of operations.
  • Consistent presence in the stands to coach, observe, train, and support the team in all aspects of operations.
  • Availability on weekends and holidays as needed.
  • On-call/in-person availability for urgent needs.
  • Ability to redirect when more pressing priorities arise.


Skills and Requirements

  • Create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions.
  • Prioritize safety, especially when working with hot water and coffee, glass, dairy products, utility knives, and around moving vehicles.
  • Work in extreme heat and cold as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to climb a ladder and step ladder.
  • Able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary.
  • Lead by example in all areas of the business.
  • Ability to work in position when needed.
  • Quickly identify and address operational, procedural, and cultural issues with all team members.
  • Adapt to problems and implement solutions during stressful situations.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, directives, and deadlines.
  • Effectively lead and direct various personality types.
  • Proven leadership in a fast-paced environment with numerous team members.
  • Standard proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication with stand-level and upper management teams.
  • Solid financial and business acumen.
  • Ability to use reporting tools to analyze and identify trends.
  • Ability to develop action plans in response to negative trends.


Salary Range: 80-85K
