Senior COUPA Consultant
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior COUPA Consultant to lead Conversational Process Automation (COUPA) initiatives within a large-scale aviation/travel enterprise environment. You will drive automation strategy, oversee delivery, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end COUPA solution design, deployment, and optimization
- Advise senior stakeholders on process automation roadmaps and ROI
- Oversee conversational automation integrations with enterprise platforms
- Manage cross-functional delivery teams using Agile methodology
- Drive COUPA adoption, change management, and user enablement across business units
- Identify automation opportunities in customer experience, operations, and crew management workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 12 years of experience with 4 years in COUPA or enterprise process automation consulting
- Expertise in conversational platforms (Dialogflow, Rasa, Azure Bot Service, Amazon Lex)
- Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP)
- Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
