We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner to lead digital transformation and product delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, drive product strategy, and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions in Agile environments. This role requires strong expertise in requirements management, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end product lifecycle ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals and product roadmap.
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and OKRs to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and architecture teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, including APIs and system integrations.
- Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessment to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive MVP definition, release planning, and roadmap execution.
- Coordinate UAT planning, execution, and validation with business stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Support cloud migration, microservices architecture, and DevOps/CI-CD environments.
- Lead digital transformation and AI/GenAI initiatives, including defining use cases and integrating intelligent solutions.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring customer-centric product design and delivery.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and influence decision-making at senior leadership levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
- Proven expertise in:
- Requirements elicitation and documentation
- Product backlog management
- User story creation and acceptance criteria definition
- Product roadmap and release planning
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, and system design concepts.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Visio, Miro
- Postman, Swagger
- Working knowledge of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, PDLC, and DevOps practices.
- Experience in UAT coordination, test strategy, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) use cases and integrations.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
- Certifications such as:
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
