What are the responsibilities and job description for the AI Engineer position at Whiztek Corp?
One of our airline clients is looking for highly skilled AI Engineer. You will work exclusively on hands-on development, implementing and optimizing AI models using Python and other necessary tools for creating AI-driven solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- System Design & Scalability: Architect highly available, resilient microservices using .NET 8/9. Optimize for high throughput and low-latency inference.
- Event Driven Architecture: Good understanding of Event Driven Architecture , catering to both Real time and non - real time needs , using message brokers like Solace, SQS, Kafka, etc.
- Familiarity with AWS Serverless architecture.
- AI Orchestration & RAG Pipelines: Design the backend logic for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), managing the lifecycle of vector embeddings, data ingestion, and prompt templating.
- MCP Server Engineering: Develop and maintain high-performance MCP servers to standardize data access and tool-calling across multiple LLM providers.
- Advanced Data Modeling: Manage complex state transitions and data flows between relational databases (AWS Neptune - Graph Db), vector stores (OpenSearch), and distributed caches (Redis).
- API & Protocol Mastery: Define contract-first development standards using SSE and REST, ensuring seamless integration between backend AI services and external consumers
