We have an exciting career opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Administrative Team. This position is based out of our Holyoke, Massachusetts office 5 days a week.

What you will be doing
- Serve as the welcoming face of our front desk, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Support daily office operations by handling incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating package deliveries, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with workflow support using project tracking software for processing financial statements, tax returns, and accounting services, ensuring deadlines are met for the client service team
- Assist the team with basic workflow tracking using project management tools to help ensure tasks are completed on time
- Prepare and proofread invoices, reports, and general correspondence with attention and detail
- Provide administrative support on various projects, helping to meet deadlines and keep tasks organized
- Gather and organize client information and documentation as needed
- Assist clients with general inquiries, including basic support with accessing online portals
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized processes and contribute to a positive office environment
What you must have
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

The hourly compensation range for this role is $19.23 – $31.25. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, and qualifications.
