About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Infection Control Preventionist to join our team. As an Infection Control Preventionist at Grandview Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing infection control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and agency guidelines
• Conducting surveys and audits to identify areas for improvement and making recommendations for change
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of infection control measures
• Monitoring and reporting infection rates and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for reduction
• Providing education and training to staff on infection control practices and protocols
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 0 years of experience in infection control or a related field
• Rn Preferred
