- Oversee and review the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Provide expert tax advice and strategies to optimize clients' tax positions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and identifying planning opportunities.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
Requirements:
- CPA certification is mandatory.
- 6-8 years of experience in public accounting, specifically focusing on high-net-worth clients.
- Proven expertise in tax compliance and planning for HNW individuals.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
