A respected law firm in New York City is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 4 years of experience handling sophisticated commercial matters.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who can manage cases independently, support senior counsel, draft substantive motions and pleadings, attend depositions, and represent clients in court, arbitrations, and appeals.
Requirements:
- Active NY and NJ bar admission
- Strong commercial litigation background
- Experience with CPLR, federal rules, and e-discovery
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
Compensation:
- $180,000 – $225,000 base
- Bonus potential, merit increases, origination credit
- Full benefits package
- Billable requirement: 1,800–2,000 hours
Start date is expected after July 1, 2026.
