Responsibilities
- Lead the overall production management of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and procurement strategies.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Monitor supply chain analytics and manage supply chain management processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to enforce quality control measures, safety protocols, and compliance with project specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operations data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing innovative solutions.
