Landscape Foreman
Whitetail Landscaping & Snow Removal is hiring an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead field crews on residential and commercial projects throughout the Pittsburgh area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates clearly, and keeps jobs organized from start to finish.
Pay: $24–$30 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, permanent
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Work setting: On-site and field-based
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside landscape crews during installation, maintenance, cleanup, and seasonal projects
- Organize daily work, tools, materials, equipment, and jobsite priorities
- Read project scopes and communicate expectations to crew members
- Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, efficiency, and customer care
- Track job progress and communicate updates, issues, and material needs to the office
- Train and support crew members in proper techniques and safe equipment use
- Help protect customer property, company equipment, and jobsite cleanliness
- Support snow and ice operations when seasonal work is available
Qualifications
- Professional landscape installation or maintenance experience
- Previous crew leadership, foreman, or jobsite coordination experience
- Working knowledge of landscape tools, materials, and equipment
- Strong attendance, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in changing weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license for driving responsibilities
- Snow-removal or equipment experience is a plus
