Senior Oracle Fusion SCM & Manufacturing Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM & Manufacturing Consultant to join a dynamic and growing organization focused on innovation and operational excellence. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, leading the design and delivery of Oracle Fusion solutions across supply chain and manufacturing functions.

Job Function

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Manufacturing implementations, from assessment through go-live
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, facilitating workshops, design sessions, and solution discussions
• Translate complex and ambiguous business requirements into clear, actionable system solutions
• Drive decision-making by providing recommendations and aligning stakeholders on key initiatives
• Conduct gap analysis, oversee system configuration, and ensure scalable and efficient solution design
• Lead testing efforts (QA/UAT), including strategy development, execution, and issue resolution
• Develop and deliver user training to support adoption and ongoing system effectiveness
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 15 years of hands-on Oracle Applications SCM/Manufacturing experience, with a strong concentration in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
• Demonstrated experience as a Functional Lead on full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM/Manufacturing deployments (not just support or enhancement roles)
• Proven ability to lead business discussions independently and drive decisions without daily direction
• Experience managing vendor and offshore resource deliverables in a consulting or enterprise IT environment
• Prior experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or similarly regulated industries strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments and convert unclear business asks into structured, executable designs
