Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

• Provide primary care services in a 100% outpatient clinic setting alongside one other provider and support staff.
• Work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with no late nights or weekends.
• Focus solely on primary care for the adult population (no pediatrics or women's health).
• Manage call responsibilities via phone only, with a rotated schedule.
• Aim to treat 22-25 patients per day, with adjustments for no-show rates, resulting in 15-20 patients.
• Operate independently in a lean site environment.
• Be part of a full-scope FQHC offering primary care, dental, behavioral health, and social work services.

• Active or applied NY State license, DEA, CSR.
• Training as a Nurse Practitioner (Family or Adult).
• Ideally, 5 years of experience as an NP.
