The ideal candidate will manage high-volume and diverse requisitions, supporting full-cycle recruiting processes to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing and recruiting top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment activities.
- Handle a workload of 15-20 requisitions efficiently.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet the company's standards and culture.
- Maintain a strong executive presence and represent the company professionally in all interactions.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to senior leadership.
- 5 years of recruiting experience specifically in Real Estate, Retail, Healthcare, or related field.
- MS Office experience required.
- ATS Experience required.
