Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

A reputable health system in central North Carolina is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This is a full-time, outpatient opportunity offering a supportive, team-based environment and strong mentorship.

Job Function

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care for patients ages 0–18
• Manage a mix of sick visits, well-child exams, and follow-up care
• Deliver preventive, acute, and chronic care services
• Maintain an average patient volume of ~18 patients per day
• Participate in a rotating weekly phone-only call schedule (no inpatient responsibilities)
• Collaborate with experienced clinical staff across both clinic locations
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure
• Pediatric or relevant outpatient experience preferred
• Strong commitment to community-based, relationship-driven care
