- Schedule: 9-5 Monday - Friday | fully onsite.
- Verify and process timekeeping records accurately. Enter and maintain payroll data in the software system.
- Collect, calculate, and input employee pay information. Update payroll records for changes in exemptions, benefits, and job details.
- Prepare reports summarizing earnings, taxes, deductions, and leave.
- Respond to employee payroll questions and requests.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with payroll policies and procedures.
- 2 years of experience in payroll processing and data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems.
