Join our team to provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in an outpatient setting with some inpatient responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive and episodic health history and physical assessments of patients.
- Oversee treatment infusions and supportive care needs.
- Write orders within the limits of the practice agreement.
- Maintain clinical documentation according to group practice standards.
- Participate in clinical quality and research initiatives as needed.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans.
- Must have experience in Oncology - Hematology, either as a provider or nurse.
- ANP, FNP, or PA certification required.
- Board Certified (BC) with a valid New York (NY) license.
