Responsibilities- Recruit top Financial Services professionals in areas such as Investor Relations, Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, Operations, Investment Operations, Fund Operations, Trade Support, Client Services, Middle Office, Light Front Office, Risk & Controls, and General Financial Services Operations.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and candidates.
- Establish yourself as a trusted market expert.
- Develop your market strategy and execute it effectively.
- Minimum of 2 years of agency recruiting experience.
- Experience in permanent placement and/or 360 recruiting.
- Preferred experience in Financial Services recruiting.
- Strongly valued business development experience.
- Existing book of business is welcomed.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a competitive spirit and strong work ethic.
