Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lebanon, MO. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as collaborating with team members to plan and execute projects, conducting research and analysis to support operations, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance are met. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring workflows, addressing technical issues, and contributing to continuous improvement processes within the company.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in project management and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in conducting research and analysis to support operational decisions
- Technical skills in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during project execution
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with the boating and marine industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Operations Management preferred
