This is a full-time, on-site role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Educator. The APP Educator will be responsible for creating and delivering educational programs for Advanced Practice Providers, developing and implementing lesson plans, providing clinical training, and mentoring APPs to ensure excellence in patient care. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, administration of training initiatives, and staying updated on the latest best practices in healthcare education and compliance standards.
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education to develop and implement effective training programs.
- Proficiency in Teaching and Training to facilitate learning and professional development among APPs.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams, APPs, and stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in healthcare education, clinical training, or teaching roles.
- Advanced Practice Nursing or Physician Assistant certification and valid licensure in the state of New York.
- Familiarity with current healthcare standards, protocols, and educational methodologies.
