What are the responsibilities and job description for the CT/X-Ray Tech - PRN - Diagnostic Imaging position at White Mountain Regional Medical Center?
The CT/X-Ray Technologist is a clinical position responsible for performing all radiology and computerized tomography procedures in a prompt, accurate and reliable manner in accordance with applicable standards of care and practice, as well as, in accordance with White Mountain Regional Medical Center and Diagnostic Imaging Department policy and procedures. Through collaboration with all member of the health-care team, strives to support a patient centered culture and gain knowledge and skills to further the practice of the quality of patient services provided at WMRMC. Under the direct supervision of the Diagnostic Imaging Manager, the CT/X-Ray Technologist exercises independent judgement in applying professional knowledge required to plan, prioritize and organize responsibilities in support of the clinical department.
This position is safety sensitive and subject to WMRMC’s Drug & Alcohol Policy.

Required Education
Associates Degree in Radiology or Applied Science
Required Experience/Knowledge
Three (3) years’ experience in a Radiology service category
Knowledge of ARRA/federal radiation guideline
Required Licensees & Certifications
Current ARRT license in good standing and become CT registry within one (1) year of hire
CRT-CT in good standing
BLS within 30 days of hire
