As our Patient Care Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for new patients, ensuring their experience begins with clarity, comfort, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
Create a Welcoming Experience
Serve as the friendly first impression by engaging with new patients by phone, email, and in person.
Coordinate Scheduling with Accuracy
Schedule new patient appointments in alignment with office protocols to ensure efficiency and flow.
Manage Patient Information
Create and maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software.
Verify Insurance Coverage
Complete insurance verification to help patients understand their benefits prior to treatment.
Guide Patients Through Their Care
Assist patients in understanding treatment recommendations, financial options, and next steps.
Support Front Office Operations
Maintain daily statistics, follow up on pending treatment, and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
