Location: Brush Creek Ranch
Summary:
The Activities Manager oversees the day-to-day operations at the activities barn, supervises the activities staff, and has budgetary oversight.
Responsibilities:
The Activities Manager is responsible for managing the core group of Activities Guides within the Activities Barn, including(but not limited to) Archery, Ropes Course, Rock Climbing, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Paintball, Little Wranglers, and more. The Activities Manager works closely with the Sr. Manager and Coordinators to determine staffing needs, logistics, and day-to-day operations. Additionally, the Activities Manager participates in budgeting, expenses, purchasing, inventorying equipment and more. This positions requires working well under stressful conditions, multi-tasking, very organized, excellent communication skills, and must work with all other departments at the ranch. This position reports directly to the Sr. Activities Manager.

- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Adheres to all safety regulations at all times
- Previous management experience preferred
- Experience with outdoor activities such as archery, ropes courses, hiking, biking, yoga, ATVs, and fishing is preferred
