Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for executing the catering sales strategy within the hotel.
- Plan, coordinate and service all catering events on-property.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate, social, and association groups.
- Develop catering proposals, contracts, and event orders. Respond to client and guest questions.
- Ensure that all event specifications are met, including food and beverage, décor, audio visual, and staffing.
- Actively prospect new catering business, seeking to make connections and generate revenue.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
- A focus on building relationships and developing connections with clients and other hotel department leaders.

- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, events, or sales preferred.
