Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a lively and enjoyable experience.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS system; handle cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently.
• Develop new beverage recipes and experiment with flavors to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
• Maintain knowledge of food service procedures, food handling safety, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate catering or banquet events when needed, providing excellent service in various settings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within the hospitality industry; fine dining experience is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer brewing processes, and beverage recipe development.
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude and energetic approach.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for sales tracking, and food safety knowledge for responsible alcohol service.
• Previous experience working in restaurant or banquet settings; catering experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of food industry standards related to food handling and safety protocols.
