Job Description And Responsibilities
White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm, is seeking a highly driven, organized, and detail-oriented Trusts & Estates Paralegal with 2-5 years’ experience for its Philadelphia office.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing estate planning and administration matters from inception to completion, including probate filings and post-mortem planning. The candidate will prepare and file state and federal fiduciary income tax returns and death tax returns, ensuring compliance with filing requirements. The candidate will coordinate with attorneys to draft and finalize estate planning documents.
This position requires a proactive professional who can serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, financial advisors, and beneficiaries, ensuring seamless communication and efficient and accurate case management.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in trusts and estates law.
- Strong knowledge of estate and trust administration procedures.
- Proficiency in preparing fiduciary income tax and estate tax returns.
- Highly proficient in mathematics and mathematical principles.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with document management systems, preferably iManage.
- ABA-approved paralegal certification, preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
