White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm, is seeking an attorney for its Real Estate Finance Group. The ideal candidate should have strong experience drafting and negotiating mortgage loan documents and conducting related due diligence, and overseeing the closings (Including title and survey and organizational documents). Familiarity with mezzanine lending is desirable. Open to PA, NY, and/or CT Bar admissions. We offer a competitive salary and an excellent benefit package. - 4 - 7 years' experience.
- State Bar Admission required.
