Key Responsibilities
- Support high-profile entertainment litigation matters from early case strategy through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, correspondence, and other litigation materials.
- Conduct legal research and factual investigation for complex entertainment and commercial disputes.
- Assist with discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Work closely with senior attorneys on sensitive matters involving prominent clients and industry issues.
- Develop litigation judgment, client instincts, and entertainment-industry fluency in a boutique environment.

- JD class year 2022–2024.
- Strong litigation training from a respected firm, boutique, clerkship, or comparable platform.
