Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 10-25 cases, focusing on complex litigation matters
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop case strategies
- Conduct legal research and prepare necessary documentation for cases
- Engage in discovery processes, including document reviews
- Consult with clients and maintain effective communication throughout the litigation
- 2-5 years of litigation experience
- Experience in General Civil Litigation; environmental law is preferred
- Strong writing skills are essential
- Graduated from an accredited law school
- Active Bar membership in California
- Trial preparation experience is preferred
- Deposition experience is preferred
