- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment.
- Collaborate with the catering team to fulfill special orders and events.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and fulfilling their requests.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in baking or pastry production.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
- Strong skills in cake decorating and presentation techniques.
