Position Responsibilities
· Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries with our database
· Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
· Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
· Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions from our wide product selection.
Minimum Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is great.
· Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you! Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customers and driver calls and emails
- Entering customer POs and vendor orders into our system
- Administrative tasks
- Other duties as assigned
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Customer Service Representative Skills and Qualifications:
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to answer high volume of inbound calls
- Strong verbal communication
- Familiar with technology including Microsoft Word and Excel (willing to learn acceptable)
- Able to grasp new concepts quickly
- Strong typing skills

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
