Customer Service/ Inside Sales

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled if possible individual to work and join the team. 3-5 year experience two work customer service and develop territories with customers over the phones with our existing customers and must have some knowledge about parts for office machines. Must have a nice friendly disposition and be able to have knowledge of large office or have worked in the industry at all before.

An outgoing personality. candidate that understands mechanical knowledge of copiers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field service with a focus on providing exceptional service to our clients this position involves a lot of knowledge for getting to know our product.

Please note would prefer someone who has been in the copier industry and feels knowledgeable. but if you are a professional We are willing to train the right person with a good background.

This is the type of position where we need someone knowledgeable creative can talk with customers and be on the phones with customers making phone calls and following up on their accounts this would be inbound and outbound calling to New and existing account .

. This role involves working directly with customers sales and being on the phones, making sales calls, outbound, and inbound and developing relationships

Duties

• prefer office copier knowledge
• works with customers telling them about our products
• Utilize schematics and technical documentation to troubleshoot issues effectively
• Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform repairs and adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with IT teams to address software troubleshooting needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on service status and recommendations For their large office copiers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field service or as a service technician That wants to become an inside sales customer service Rep
• Strong understanding of computer hardware components and networking principles.
• Proficient in using hand tools and mechanical equipment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
