Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Rhome, TX. The Human Resources Manager will oversee employee relations, manage recruitment, and implement policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include developing training programs, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and collaborating with leadership on staff development and performance management.
Qualifications
- The ideal fit would be someone with approximately three years of experience in an HR Generalist role who is eager to grow their career.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, and talent acquisition processes
- Experience with HR policies, compliance, and benefit administration
- Proficiency in developing and facilitating staff training and performance management programs
- Familiarity with HR technology and tools for managing workflows effectively
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus)
