- Perform diagnostic X-ray exams as ordered by providers
- Position patients correctly to obtain optimal images while minimizing radiation exposure
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, reporting malfunctions as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
- Follow all radiation safety protocols and infection control procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure timely, accurate diagnostic support
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Current ARRT certification (Radiography)
- Valid state licensure in Alabama
- BLS certification required
- Prior clinical experience preferred but not required for new graduates
- Strong attention to detail and patient-focused communication skills
