A luxury, boutique hotel in Oxford, MS is seeking an experienced Director of F&B to run operations across multiple outlets.
Requirements:
4 years of F&B Director experience or Director of Ops experience with restaurant operations
Good tenure
Great attitude and hands on leadership skills- someone who is not afraid to be on the floor and work
Strong financial acumen
Must have strong food and labor cost experience, ordering, inventory,
*Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen operations across multiple outlets and events.
*Experience with budget management, food costing, and achieving profitability goals.
*Ability to foster a positive, high-performance kitchen environment.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
