Seeking a refined CDC to support operations of a nationally recognized restaurant. Looking for a candidate with experience in Haitian or Caribbean cuisine.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of progressive kitchen leadership experience in a high-caliber, chef-driven restaurant.
- Strong operational knowledge across both back-of-house and front-of-house functions.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage systems, and execute at a consistently high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily BOH and FOH operations, ensuring seamless service, communication, and execution
- Support the Chef-Owner in all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, systems, and standards
- Maintain excellence in food quality, service flow, cost controls, scheduling, and team development
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
