Wharf Casual Seafood is building new restaurants across Central Alabama, and we’re looking for passionate leaders to grow with us! We are hiring Kitchen Managers in the Montgomery, Clanton, Millbrook, Wetumpka area to help lead our expanding business.

Responsibilities:
- A positive leader with excellent communication skills
- Knowledgeable of all kitchen operations
- Supervise food prep and cooking
- Supervise, coach, and motivate kitchen employees
- Maintain high-performance standards
- Train employees and manage schedules
- Keep weekly and monthly cost reports
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen
- Work in deployment with the staff some days while running the operation other days.
