Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency repairs.
Prioritize service requests based on urgency, customer needs, and technician availability.
Monitor and adjust schedules to maintain optimal efficiency and productivity.
Receive and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding service availability, estimated arrival times, and potential delays.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
Keep customers informed about the status of their service calls and any changes to scheduled appointments.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician activities.
Enter data into company dispatch and customer management systems.
Generate and distribute reports on service performance, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Prior experience in dispatching or customer service within plumbing, electrical, or service‑technician environments is preferred.
2 years of dispatch experience.
2 years of customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective problem‑solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
