Install Coordinator (Permits & Scheudling)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: In-office (Park Ridge, NJ)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Install Coordinator (Permits & Scheudling) to support our office operations. This role focuses on permit processing, inspection scheduling, warranty registration, and communication with customers, technicians, and office staff.

Responsibilities:
- Process and track permit applications with local municipalities
- Follow up on permit status and inspections
- Communicate with customers to schedule inspections and provide updates
- Coordinate with technicians and internal office staff
- Register product warranties and follow up as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide general administrative and office support as required
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and follow‑up skills
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, document management)
