WHA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives across digital, social, and internal communications. This role will oversee the firm’s social media channels and blog, helping to shape WHA’s voice and presence in the homebuilding industry. Ideal candidates are organized, energetic, and passionate about storytelling and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage WHA’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Maintain and contribute to the firm’s blog, including content planning and writing
- Draft copy for marketing campaigns, eblasts, blogs, and internal communications
- Coordinate internal events, presentations, and volunteer opportunities
- Represent WHA at industry events and community functions
- Support photography coordination and asset management
- Assist with project tracking and marketing database updates
- Coordinate with WHA team members and provide general support to the Marketing Department
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in a marketing role
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Interest in attending industry events and engaging with the homebuilding industry
- Graphic design experience is a plus

Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) - a plus
