Desired skills and experiences:
- 5-10 years of project management experience in Residential Architecture and Design industry
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Familiarity with different types of products such as multi-family residential, single family residential, high-density, commercial and mixed-use
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Creative Suite and Sketchup considered a plus
Key responsibilities:
- Manage projects alongside Planners, Designers, and Principals
- Coordinate with Client and Consultant teams
- Facilitate and complete design and construction drawings and submittal processes
