Principal Duties And Responsibilities
May be required to walk up to 5 miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Receive training on the modification, assembly, checkout, and testing of semiconductor equipment at a manufacturing facility in Chaska, MN
- Perform on-site service, upgrades, modifications, and repairs on semiconductor processing equipment
- Diagnoses and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct equipment installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and required reports
- Stay current on equipment, tools, and industry advancements through training, manuals, factory publications, and other technical resources
- Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Represent the company professionally while working at customer sites
- Maintain standards of conduct required by both WGNSTAR and customer facilities to retain site access credentials
- Collaborate with customers and team members to resolve technical issues and support equipment operations
- Detail-oriented individuals with strong technical and mechanical aptitude
- Strong work ethic and interest in building a long-term career with unlimited growth and advancement opportunities
- Prior experience and/or military experience in a mechanical or electronics-related field preferred
- 1 years of experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment
- Excellent customer service and customer-facing communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to work in a hands-on, physically active role
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Motivated self-starter with a desire for career progression and continuous development
