Assembly Technician – 1st Shift

Location: Cedar, MN 55011

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $19–$23 per hour

Position Description

Assemble actuators to print using various types of power and hand tools.

Primary Objectives

• Responsible for the quality of parts assembled in a timely manner.

• Responsible for daily assembly of work in adherence to the quality management system.

Responsibilities

• Assemble actuators.

• Perform final assembly inspection of parts.

• Conduct pressure testing of parts.

• Follow safety procedures.

• Complete necessary documentation (timekeeping, BOMs, prints, etc.).

• Other duties as assigned, including general maintenance and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Mechanical assembly experience in a related industry (preferred).

• Fluid power technology degree (preferred).

• Experience using various hand and power tools (hydraulic presses, etc.).

• Strong math and mechanical aptitude (preferred).

• Comfortable using various computer software.

• Ability to use and read measuring equipment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
