Job Summary
This position is responsible for safely disassembling, washing and reassembling equipment including hydraulics, plumbing and electrical in mobile applications. Works with delivery drivers and technicians to troubleshoot and diagnose trucks in the field.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include but are not limited to:
- Disassemble parts on incoming equipment
- Wash parts thoroughly with a pressure washer
- Reassemble equipment
- Interact with customers to troubleshoot, diagnose and document electrical and hydraulic issues
- Guide and direct assemblers
- Quality control including final inspection and testing of finished assemblies
- Operating standard forklift to move materials and finished products.
- Cleaning up after jobs are completed
- Maintains compliance with established safety policies and use of Equipment, including but not limited to policies regarding personal protective equipment, workplace injuries and illnesses, lock out/tag out, etc.
- Maintains compliance with established safety policies and completes required safety training.
- Continuing education and training
- ·Satisfactory attendance is an essential function of this position.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include but are not limited to:
- Work on other jobs and ship parts as needed
- Create processes
- Train new assemblers
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous assembly experience
- High school diploma or GED
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Daily - standing, bending, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Plant environment with limited-climate control to include heat but no A/C. Filtered air and frequent air flow from opening outside doors in the summer.

Pay: $28.55 - $42.83 per hour
