Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to develop and manage an assigned client portfolio. This role is key to driving revenue growth, improving margins, and strengthening brand presence across target markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand an assigned client portfolio (retail, contract, architects, etc.)
- Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers in line with company policies
- Oversee the entire order process, from entry to delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate internally with technical, production, administrative, and logistics teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders
- Coordinate transportation activities with logistics partners and freight forwarders, ensuring agreed delivery timelines are met
- Handle post-sales activities, including complaints, non-conformities, and service requests, in coordination with relevant departments
- Monitor sales budgets and assigned targets
- Analyze sales performance (revenue, margins, product mix)
- Participate in industry trade shows and events
- Provide regular reporting to senior management
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within furniture, design, or luxury sectors
- Solid understanding of international markets (export experience is a plus)
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work toward targets and analyze sales data
- Willingness to travel frequently

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
