HEP Sales is currently seeking an experienced retail manager to join our team in Penn Yan, NY. Responsibilities will include working with other members of the management team in all aspects of operating the store profitably as well as supervising staff.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Retail or sales management and supervision experience
- Heating, Electric, Plumbing, and Lumber/Building Materials knowledge
- Millwork (doors and windows) experience a PLUS!
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Problem solving and decision making skills; positive attitude
Education:High school diploma or GED required.
