Duties
- Greet new and returning bowlers with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
- Opening and closing lanes
- Calling back lane issues to the mechanics
- Fetching dead wood and stuck balls on the lanes
- Cleaning the lanes after bowlers leave
- Picking up leftover balls and ramps
- Sanitizing shoes
- Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns with a positive attitude and effective communication skills
Experience
- Previous customer service work preferred, but not required
