Duties
- Retrieve prepared dishes from the kitchen, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met before delivery
- Deliver food promptly to tables or the lanes, maintaining proper food handling procedures for safety and quality
- Assist with food plating and presentation as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
- Buss tables and lanes by clearing dishes and resetting areas efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and guests to coordinate timely service
- Support food safety protocols by adhering to sanitation standards and proper storage practices
- Help with basic food preparation tasks when necessary, such as garnishing or portioning ingredients
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
- Basic culinary knowledge or kitchen experience is beneficial but not mandatory
