The work
- Comprehensive pediatric dentistry for an established patient base with immediate production

Partnership

What you need
- DDS or DMD
- Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Dentist, or a Pediatrics-Focused General Dentist
- A passion for serving children and families, strong communication skills and interest in leadership and long-term practice growth
- Willingness to become licensed in Arkansas
Compensation
- Pediatric Dentist: 34% of collections with a $1,250 daily guarantee for the first 6 months
- Pediatrics-Focused General Dentist: 32% of collections with a $1,000 daily guarantee for the first 6 months
- $40,000 signing bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance for both
- W-2 employment with medical, dental and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, a retirement plan and a CE allowance
