The bonus plan is worth $90,000, and the group has a strong record of mentoring young dentists. Experienced dentists are preferred, but coachable graduating dentists and residents are encouraged to apply.
The work
- Comprehensive exams, diagnosis and treatment planning
- Restorative dentistry: fillings, crowns and bridges
- Simple to moderate extractions
- Endo experience is a plus, and interest in building endo skills is welcome

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM. A predictable, consistent schedule.
What you need
- DDS or DMD; experienced dentists preferred, graduating dentists and residents welcome
- A New Mexico dental license, or eligibility to obtain one
- A coachable, clinically thoughtful approach
Compensation
- $275,000–$325,000 per year
- Full-time W-2 with benefits
- $40,000 sign-on bonus, paid over your first 24 months
- $50,000 five-year retention bonus
